Don’t think Service 66 will get DDs. If so, we’ll have seen them a long time ago. The main problem is height restrictions at Bukit Timah (don’t know where). Still, DDs on Service 66 is pretty cool!

Since when did 185 get DDs? Even during CCK-Shenton Way era, I didn't see a single DD on 185. Mainly NAC Mk IIs and OAC Mercs.

Regarding SBS189 (to WCFT), is there any service to the ferry terminal after SMRT decided to terminate all of 189 at Kent Ridge Terminal?
SBS got all of its 189 trips to the ferry terminal, then Tibs upset every1 by operating it as 189A, and now, no more.. Crying or Very sad

189 was amended not to ply WCFT as tibs claimed dere were works being done at west coast ferry terminal road.....no svc plies dere anymore...189A only go Harbour Drive and i tynk demand not that excellent dere...so, goodbye to it lor.....any of u feel that bendy should be deployed on 189? Used to have though........peak hours really important....by the time it return to BB, got double......at BB East Ave 23, dere were more than 30 odd ppl waitin for da bus.....cannot board....ppl move to the back oso no use....no more space.....

erm..sorry ah...i believe it was Tibs back den.....den dey release one sided 189 paper green tibs guide.....so not officially SMRT yet.

LAs were not deployed on service 189 (Bt Batok - Clementi West St 2/WCFT). Not sure whether they were deployed on the original route to Marina Centre.

I observed that passengers in Clementi Town Centre returning home to Clementi West prefer to take service 189 over service 282 as the latter goes by a longer route. These passengers are always able to get onto the service 189 bus even at peak hours.

Service 189 stopped calling WCFT from August 2001. So that makes it almost 4 years now.

2 years coz i recalled da date 189A was withdrawn....da same date BB feeders changed as well as 61 n 945 route amendment....4th May i tynk...2003 coz i was in secondary school back den..

61 got amended? How was it amended? I don't remember this route having any changes since it was extended to Eunos in 1990.

Yes, the date is correct.

Service 61, in the direction of Eunos, was amended to ply Geylang Bahru, Bendemeer Rd and Whampoa East instead of Jln Kolam Ayer and Whampoa North. Other services affected were 26, 107 and 853.
